Our activity in the housing sector began in 2002, when we designed a program for the Basque Government aimed at bringing 5,000 vacant properties onto the market. The result was the Bizigune program, which we managed for 10 years. During that period, we successfully placed more than 5,000 homes for rent that would have otherwise remained empty, and we signed approximately 10,000 rental contracts.

Following that professional stage, we committed ourselves to a new era where we could continue achieving positive results for society. We believe in leveraging our experience, knowledge, and ideas to launch an innovative business and fulfill a dream: facilitating the right to decent housing through our own private company, while introducing an ethical vision into the private real estate sector. Among the innovative services we offer, we highlight comprehensive rental management with guarantees and property sales without commissions or exclusivity.
