Welcome to GoBusi.org (hereinafter, “the Portal”). Access to and use of this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By registering as an Agency, Agent, or user, you agree to comply fully with these terms.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION

2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE
GoBusi offers real estate professionals (Agencies and Agents):
Property listing with automatic translation into more than 30 languages.
Access to a management panel (CRM) for lead processing.
Automated importation of property data.
Artificial Intelligence tools for listing optimization.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
Data Accuracy: The user agrees to provide truthful and updated information during registration.
Responsibility: The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
Professional Use: Agency/Agent accounts are intended exclusively for professionals in the sector.
4. ECONOMIC CONDITIONS AND SUBSCRIPTION
Introductory Offer: During the first year, the service cost is €10 per month (plus applicable taxes).
Rate Update: Starting from the second year (month 13), the standard rate will become €25 per month (plus applicable taxes).
No Commitment: The user may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments: Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Failure to pay a fee may result in the temporary suspension of the service.
5. CONTENT AND PROPERTY IMPORTATION
Data Ownership: Agencies retain the intellectual property of their photos and descriptions. By publishing them, they grant GoBusi a worldwide license to display, translate, and promote said content.
Synchronization: GoBusi performs daily imports of the feeds provided by the agencies. GoBusi is not responsible for errors in the source data (incorrect prices, wrong addresses from the source).
Veracity: The user guarantees they have the rights to market the published properties.
6. AUTOMATIC TRANSLATION AND AI
Nature of the Service: GoBusi uses AI technology and automatic translation to facilitate international communication. While we strive for maximum accuracy, GoBusi does not guarantee perfect grammatical accuracy for all translations and is not responsible for misunderstandings arising from automatic translations.
7. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Union. Generated leads belong to the agency/agent, and GoBusi acts solely as the data processor.
8. DISCLAIMER
GoBusi does not intervene in real estate transactions or negotiations between buyers and sellers. Therefore:
We do not guarantee the sale or rental of properties.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings published by third parties.
We are not responsible for temporary technical service interruptions.
9. PROHIBITIONS
The following is prohibited:
Publishing offensive, illegal content or content that infringes on copyrights.
Performing “scraping” or mass extraction of data without authorization.
Impersonating other agencies or professionals.
10. MODIFICATIONS
GoBusi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant modifications will be notified to users 30 days in advance via email.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws in force. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Delaware, the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
