This wine estate, with its impressive farmhouse, is one of the oldest in the Alt Empordà region and is protected for its architectural value. This estate, with its vineyards, is ideal for developing organic winemaking activities. Furthermore, the farmhouse offers the possibility of building a small winery, renovating it for rural or residential tourism, or for the restoration and production of artisanal products.
