Bathroom floors will be tiled with 2.5 x 2.5 cm porcelain stoneware tiles.

– FURNITURE:

Kitchen cabinets are made of white melamine-faced chipboard with smooth MDF doors and custom-designed, milled handles.

– KITCHEN EQUIPMENT:

The kitchens are equipped with an oven, cooktop, and extractor hood, all Siemens or Smeg brand. The sink is a Franke brand, and the faucets are Tres brand.
The kitchen countertops are made of Dekton-type porcelain.

– SANITARY WARE:

Bathroom fixtures are Roca Gamma Meridian brand.

– LIGHTING:
