Its architectural structure is distributed over two levels plus an attic: on the first level, upon entering through the main door, one finds a hallway with a beautiful glass and wrought-iron gate, which leads to the first two bedrooms, located on either side respectively, the stairs to the upper floor, and then the reception area with a reception room where guests can find tourist information about the area. Following this room is the next room, accessed through an archway with columns (a conservative element), comprising a spacious and bright living-dining room with a bathroom and storage room. From this room, one can access the wonderful covered interior patio, perfectly suited for enjoying magnificent summer evenings. Three more bedrooms are accessed from the central hallway. At the end of the corridor, we reach the final section of the hotel. To the right is a laundry room, a kitchenette, the elevator shaft, and another small storage room. To the left are another set of stairs leading to the upper floor and the second entrance to the building from the small plaza.
If we access the upper floor via the main entrance stairs, we find a living room. To the right are four bedrooms, two on either side of the corridor. To the left of the central room, a long corridor surprises us with its large windows overlooking the interior courtyard, providing light and ventilation to the entire space. Here we find three more bedrooms. At the end of the corridor are the stairs leading to the attic, where we find a meeting room, a single bedroom, two bathrooms, a room with many beds to accommodate a large family, and a spacious outdoor terrace.
The hotel has 15 rooms in total, each named after a well-known landmark in Cartaya. All rooms are decorated differently, though always simply and functionally. They feature restored 19th-century beds, a full bathroom, TV, air conditioning, soundproof and cold-resistant windows, Wi-Fi, and piped music.
The building is being sold fully furnished with antiques, reflecting its conservative architecture, as the building has significant historical and economic value.
The building itself does not have private parking. The owner has a plot of land near the hotel that is currently used as a parking area for guests and is also for sale; please inquire about it. The building has an elevator shaft, but it is not currently operational, and there are no communal areas such as a swimming pool, sports courts, or green spaces.
