From this floor, we can descend to the ground floor via a service staircase that connects the entire house without having to pass through the main living area, thus ensuring complete privacy and seclusion. This ground floor apartment features a spacious living area with an entrance hall leading to the garden, two bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room, a living room, a laundry room, a bathroom, a boiler room, and a storage area. It’s an ideal space for guests or staff quarters.
