PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

A noble house originating in the 16th century, built in the Renaissance style, although transformed throughout the 20th century. It has a double façade facing Plaza de Mosén Rubí and Calle Marqués de Benavites. Constructed of masonry, with ashlar surrounds at openings, corners, and entrances, it retains elements of the original ironwork. The façade features masonry that was apparently once plastered, although this plaster has been removed, preserving the stringcourse and corner. Despite these alterations, it maintains its original typological characteristics and exterior appearance.

Type of protection: Structural. The existing facades and the overall exterior appearance of the building, including the woodwork and ironwork, must be respected. Openings may be created on the facades facing Plaza Monsén Rubí, following the same modular design as the facade facing Calle Marqués de Benavites. Damaged floor slabs may be replaced, respecting the load-bearing walls. The original roof will be maintained, with any necessary repairs. Installations and wiring that significantly distort both facades must be removed.

Good structural condition, facades, and roof. Complete interior renovation required. Valid favorable Building Inspection (ITE) issued in January 2024.
