FR-Immobiliària is a group of Professional Real Estate Agents who work remotely, taking advantage of the lifestyle and technological shifts brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. We follow the path set by our parent company, established in April 2014 through the strong commitment of its two founding partners (Xavier Folch and Esther Rúbies) to achieve a shared vision: creating an innovative, supportive, and distinctive agency capable of meeting the new challenges that have emerged within the real estate sector in recent years.
We are a collective of independent professionals working under the same brand, corporate identity, organization, and management systems, grouped in a near-cooperative model.
All our collaborators have extensive experience as Real Estate Agents with accredited training. We pride ourselves on being a highly capable group, ready to advise our clients (both sellers and buyers) on all matters that may affect them when making one of the most important decisions of their lives: dealing with housing and real estate assets.
We are far from the typical personality-driven and speculative real estate agency, which often employs poorly trained and underpaid agents who cannot guarantee the required level of expertise and knowledge—using them only to expand their property portfolio through personal acquaintances.
In contrast, we are truly COMMITTED TO HOUSING, to property owners, to buyers, and to people. We are not aligned with the influential powers that have damaged our sector and the value of our lives’ primary investments in recent years.
