We are selling a 78 m² apartment with a parking space and storage room in a newly constructed building located on Francisco de Goya Street in Cadrete.

We do not have access to the property, therefore viewings are not possible.

The building was never completed, and the occupancy permit was never obtained. The entire building is for sale as a potential real estate investment for developers with the capacity to renovate and market it.

The building was constructed in 2008 and has never been inhabited. Currently, there are approximately five occupied apartments.
